Shipping guide

We offer worldwide shipping services. We can deliver to locations that are accessible to courier and logistics companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

1. processing and delivery time

(1.) Products in stock: dispatch within 1 working day;
(2.) Products not in stock: This product takes 1-3 working days to manufacture.

Products with a price below 190 EUR: We ship with regular logistics and deliver within 7-13 working days;
Products with a price above 190 €: We ship by courier service with an estimated delivery time of 5-8 working days.

For other currencies such as USD, GBP etc., please convert 190 EUR into the currency in which you are paying and you will find out whether we use normal logistics or express delivery.

Other exceptional circumstances may extend this period (e.g. public holidays, snowstorms, heavy rain, etc.).

2. is it possible to speed up shipping again?

Normal logistics and express delivery can be expedited again. When ordering, you can choose whether you want to expedite delivery again, depending on your requirements. If your product was originally shipped via normal logistics, normal logistics transportation will be upgraded to express shipping after paying the additional freight charges. If your product was originally shipped by express shipping, we will also give the express company more freight charges after paying the additional freight charges so that the express company can arrange delivery first. Therefore, you will have to pay additional freight charges to expedite delivery.

3. logistics tracking number

Once the package has been shipped, we will send the tracking number to your e-mail address. Please pay close attention to the logistics information of your order in case there are any problems before delivery (e.g. if the logistics company stops tracking, items are lost, etc.).

We offer free shipping options. If a faster shipping method is required (or if you want express shipping), additional shipping costs will apply. This is because faster logistics companies charge higher shipping costs.

6. does STORSENDERPRO also ship during the holidays?

STORSENDERPRO normally ships on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. At the same time, the employees of logistics companies and express service providers also work on weekdays and do not accept deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

7. transportation safety

Your order can be tracked online and is covered by the standard insurance of your chosen courier service. Once your order has been delivered, we will send you a tracking number. If a shipment is lost, damaged or mis-delivered, you should notify the courier immediately. Alternatively, you can also contact us. We will investigate the matter and assist you with any insurance claim. You may therefore need to provide us with some relevant photos or documents as evidence. Depending on the situation, we may also consider a reshipment or refund.
