Return & refund

As we have experienced many malicious returns in the past, we now have rules for refunds and returns:

If you are dissatisfied for any reason after purchasing a product from STORSENDERPRO, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the product and we will refund the full purchase price. Please contact us before returning a product. STORSENDERPRO will not issue a refund if more than 14 days have passed since the original purchaser received the product. STORSENDERPRO will not refund any amount if the returned product has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, accident, misapplication or other improper use by the purchaser.

Once we have received your returned product, we will arrange a refund via your original payment method within 3-7 working days. STORSENDERPRO is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in transit to STORSENDERPRO. We recommend that you send returned products to STORSENDERPRO via trackable shipping. Customer is responsible for all additional charges, including but not limited to taxes and duties.

We will confirm receipt of the product within 2 business days of receiving your returned product and refund the full purchase price of the product within 3-7 business days using the payment method used by the customer for the original purchase.

[Note] The above requirements are only to prevent customers from requesting refunds in bad faith. If the customer purchases and uses the product normally and finds a problem with the product after receiving it, please contact us in time. We will help the customer to solve the problem and assist the customer to apply for compensation from the logistics company for damage to the product caused by the logistics company.

Repair products:

If your product is damaged, please do not worry. Our products are modular. If the product is damaged, we only need to send you components to replace the damaged parts. You can replace the new components and return the product to normal condition.
